Master Europa

Meet Jeff Brunz

“We strive to make every repair
experience as easy as possible.”

Jeff Brunz, Owner

At eight years of age, Jeff Brunz began working with his father taking vehicles apart and putting them back together. The passion he has for fine automobiles and decades of experience enable him to operate his own shop, Master Body Shop, in 1988. Due to dramatic growth, his operation eventually outgrew the facility enabling Brunz to purchase Europa Paint & Collision in June of 2000 from the retiring owner Herbert Gabler. The result being – the joining of two facilities of the hightest standards and combining their efforts to become Master Europa Paint and Collision Center.

Brunz proudly says the majority of his business is made up of loyal repeat customers and their referrals. “I am not trying to become the biggest shop in town – just the best”. This is apparent in the shop’s constant process to streamline its operation and provide the customer with the highest level of confidence in the work produced. According to Insight Magazine and Collision Repair Industry, Master Europa is rated “Class A” as one of America’s premier collision repair shops.

We have earned a reputation for the distinguished individual attention given to each customer’s vehicle and our highest level of customer service.

What We Do
 Damage Analysis  Structural & Frame
The unique estimating process at Master Europa provides many customer benefits. The key to our repair process is what we call “BLUE PRINTING.”  We put the car up on a lift if necessary and have one of our skilled technicians disassemble and examine all damaged areas. The process takes a little longer, and we rarely miss damage. This means that all parts needed for the repair are oreodered before we begin to repair the vehicle. This reduces delays and results in an overall quicker, more efficient repair Will your car “measure” up? It will if it is repaired at Master Europa! Investment in the best technology, equipment, and materials is a top priority at Master Europa. Our frame repair equipment and measuring systems assure that your frame is restored to factory measurements.  To get the “green light” all frame dimensions must meet original factory specifications. So when your car leaves it will truly “measure” up!  This is no ordinary body shop and this is no ordinary refinishing system. Master Europa employs an on-site computerized paint-mixing and color-matching system to achieve an invisible repair. We have chosen to use Spies Hecker as our refinishing product. What this means to you is that your vehicle is painted with an automotive product that is considered one of the “Best in the World”   The paint spraying process is performed in our own state-of-the-art, climate controlled, down-draft spray booth. The paint is then baked, which reduces drying time from about 48 hours to about 45 minutes. The climate controlled environment means minimal delays from cold, wet weather. A virtually dust free paint environment and daylight corrective illumination both play important roles in our quest for an invisible repair. This high-tech booth also reduces pollution, protecting our environment.
